Why the toolkit?
Microsoft toolkit is a combination of all activators. Auto KMS and EZ activator modules are built in to provide a perfect activation algorithm. Also toolkit support manually call activation system. What you have to do is click phone button and get the 12 digit code and call Microsoft through Skype. Then provide the code which is getting from the toolkit. Im using microsoft toolkit 2.5.3, and its not working.Its have Windows 7 Home Premium listed in the product key tab, and whenever I press activate it just says “processing” and does nothing. If i try EZ-activator it says “” Under the “Main” Tab, however, It says it is compatible.
Also when i try to install a key function (though maybe this is because home premium isnt listed) it says ”

Tried to run Toolkit ver 2.6.6. Command prompt comes up, runs for a while and says updating to latest version, press any key. The moment key is pressed the entire set-up file closes up. same is repeated every time. Couldn’t understand why it is not executed.

So i have a small Server environment with Server 2012 R2 and some 8.1 clients, how and is it possible to use the KMS server to automatically active these systems? do i install it on the domain Controller?

you don’t need to install domain Controller. just install Microsoft Toolkit latest version. It will activate windows server 2012 R2 without giving any errors. hope it will help. thanks

Microsoft Toolkit automatically detects genuine copies of Microsoft products and skips them from activating again. So you don’t need to worry about losing your original Windows licence. Hope it helps..

Hi vito, Please restart your PC and Run Microsoft toolkit 2.5.3 again. then Click Auto KMS activator Button. you will be fine. Make sure you use 2.5.3 version.
